The Lady BIM Process

 

My creative process begins with line drawings, sketches and color studies, and hand-carving materials such as wood, linoleum, and foam. Then the fun begins... Depending on the piece being created, I combine block printing and hand-painting using an assortment of dye, acrylics, pastels, pencil and ink onto hand-made paper, antique linens, organic cotton, canvas, linen, bamboo, hemp and silk.
