Custom Orders
You can choose from my current product offerings, or order custom work. Let us know what inspires you! We can work with most colors, themes, shapes, and sizes. Choice of materials will be determined based on the use of pieces being created. All custom orders will have images of item to be signed and approved by client, prior to full production of order. Custom Order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us with questions or to talk about custom project.

Payment
We accept Paypal for payment and full payment is expected at time of purchase. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eChecks. Once the check clears the bank, we begin processing your order. We also accept Lady BIM gift certificates.
International buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes or customs associated with your purchase. Lady BIM is operates out of CA, we are required to collect 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside CA will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on the Lady BIM site, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, since our products are hand made, one of a kind, we do have certain items that are stocked, but most are made to order. Average processing time is two weeks, but please contact us in advance of placing order if you are purchasing for a specific delivery date.
Shipping
All items are shipped first class USPS. Unless, otherwise requested. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 -5 business days for USPS Priority Shipping and if requested up to 5 -10 business days for Ground Shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Lady BIM due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Lady BIM is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Lost or Stolen Packages – Lady BIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lady BIM will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges or refunds are given if you are unhappy with the workmanship within one week of receipt of the item. It must be in new condition, and a refund or exchange will be for the purchase price. Please note that no refunds are given on Sale Items, shipping and insurance.
Care Instructions
In general, wash in warm temperature water which should not exceed 40°C/105°F. Turn the garment inside out to wash and dry, when applicable. Use mild laundry soap (non-toxic, biodegradable types preferred). Do not use any type of bleach as it will fade the colors and weaken the garments’ fiber strength. Normal tumble dry at the low heat setting, and iron at medium setting (150°C/300°F) if desired. Please note that washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Colors, and One-of-a-kind Patterns
At Lady BIM all products are custom designed, hand made, hand painting, hand dyed, and hand printed. Which explains why each design that you are viewing on the site or in the print catalogs are the example of what you are ordering, most products are produced as the orders are placed, each piece will be unique, there will be slight variations found in the product you receive. It is what makes our product a work of art and one-of-a-kind. The dyes that we use bond with the fiber at a molecular level, becoming chemically part of the fabric. The colors are brilliant and permanent. They don't fade, even after repeated washings – which make them the perfect choice for infant and children clothing.
